Rahul Singh, Ph.D.
Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Singh is responsible for setting company vision, creating an innovative and energetic culture, and driving the business forward through agile management practices. His deep and broad knowledge has its roots in a family of engineers and biotech executives. His electrical engineering background has been instrumental in the development of a variety of technologies. Dr. Singh has published over 70 articles, has taught computer engineering and medical imaging courses at UCSB and UCLA, has served as a scientific review panelist for various federal agencies, and has managed more than 20 federally supported contracts and grants in academia and industry.

Rahul uniquely sees long-range strategies and pitfalls, and identifies critical relationships between disparate concepts, providing inspiration to those around him to achieve things they never thought possible. Dare to dream BIG –this starts with Dr. Singh.

Rosemary Paetow
VP Strategy and Leadership Development

Rosemary is responsible for corporate strategy, processes, and company-wide leadership development program. She has facilitated numerous executive training programs and successfully guided CEOs through every lifecycle phase of their companies, ranging from start-ups to $100M entities. She has worked with dozens of companies and leaders to set strategy, improve efficiency and corporate culture, and develop unique business processes. She is widely recognized as an expert in the field of leadership curriculum development. Overall, Rosemary has trained more than 500 leaders on an individual basis, and this experience has taught her to rapidly identify and correct a wide range of challenges facing businesses. Her broad experience as a scientist, CPA, business owner, and CEO coach provides a unique perspective into the growth of companies and their leaders.
